Question. Facing the Basilica, turning to the right and then walking down flights of steps to street level, there used to be one of the last toilets with the gardienne, fresh towels and beautifully polished brass etc, and the very special lemon shaped soap. Wonder if it is still there or has been replaced by one of those ghastly Euro in the slot and try to get out before you get soaked ones which always seem to be en panne.
