I too am...Glad you're feeling a bit better, Tonya. I too am a mentalist (as we call them in my family - we have a few!) and find quilting a perfect antidote to depression. It's absorbing and challenging without being difficult, keeps your brain occupied (instead of thinking about rubbish) and has a satisfying end product to raise self esteem. Why don't doctors prescribe it to their patients?! LOL<BR/>The last of it was put away this weekend.<BR/><BR/>The best exercise I ever did was to put 200 different 2 inch squares in a paper bag and then sew them together into rows NO MATTER HOW THEY CAME OUT OF THE BAG,( unless there would be two of the same next to each other.) Bonnie is right, if the pieces are small enough it won't matter.
